Fractional CRO/ CMO

This is a hands-on engagement. I’ll take you and your team through the Fuseline Process (more on that below), working alongside you for 10–15 hours per week to ignite your GTM strategy and build scalable process and motion.

What It Is

As a Fractional CRO/CMO, I act as a part-time member of your team. I’m embedded in your business for a defined period, typically 7–13 months, to help you build systems and clarity so your full-time team can sustain growth long after I’m gone.

What It Looks Like

After auditing your current GTM process, strategy, and tools, I guide your team through my Fuseline Process: a five-step method designed to bring structure, focus, and efficiency to your go-to-market motion.

I don’t dictate what happens based only on my experience. I look at your existing team and tools and build around your strengths. From there:

  • We build processes and systems.

  • We implement new technology where it makes sense.

  • We refine marketing, messaging, and sales materials.

  • I help coach or manage your sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution.
     

Step 1: Preparing the Launchpad (Audit)

Everything starts with the audit.
Often, I come into a company where many pieces are already in place — so we don’t waste time reinventing the wheel.

 

Over the first 2–4 weeks, I assess where we need to fix, amplify, or build upon existing efforts to set your GTM in motion.
 

At the end of the audit, you’ll receive a custom plan for your company with defined goals, KPIs, and timelines.

Step 2: Igniting the Fuseline (Building the Strategy and Process)

Next, I work with your team to build scalable sales and marketing processes using the Fuseline Framework over the next 6–12 months.

Fuseline is a five-step approach to defining your ICP, personas, sales process, marketing, messaging, and launch procedure — ensuring you can sell effectively and onboard efficiently.
It’s not a rigid playbook; we tailor it to your team, systems, and product.

 

The Five Phases:

  • Illumination: Define your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Identify who your target companies should be and why.
     

  • Spotlight: Develop up to three buyer personas — the key decision-makers within your ICP.
     

  • Wire Up:

    • Optimize or implement your CRM (including training for independence).

    • Define your sales operations and process — from lead qualification to pipeline automation.
       

  • Amplify:

    • Craft clear, concise messaging that resonates with your ICP.

    • Develop thought leadership content, sales decks, one-pagers, and videos.

    • Create a 6-month marketing and execution plan.
       

  • Power Onboarding:

    • Design your client onboarding process so you can lead and control the speed to revenue.

    • A signed contract is a milestone — but a successful onboarding is what drives growth.
       

Step 3:   (Offboarding and Transition)

Once the GTM flywheel is running smoothly, I offboard. Your team will have all the tools, documentation, and clarity needed to sustain the motion independently.

This is a lighter-touch engagement designed for teams that want strategic guidance and external perspective, but don’t need a fractional leader embedded in their operations.

You’ll have access to my frameworks, experience, and network, but your team owns execution.
 

What It Is

As an Advisor I am more like the strategic perspective you can call on adhoc. I might deep dive on an issue or 2 with your team as necessary. Our engagements can be as short as 3 months or as long as you need.

 

What It Looks Like

We meet at a cadence that fits your rhythm (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
Between sessions, I’m available via email, Slack, or Teams for quick collaboration and alignment.

As your advisor, I can:

What if I have some of the Fuseline work done? Can you just provide the work needed?
Yes! This is why we bill a flat monthly fee. Often our clients have part of the process mastered, we will only charge you for the work we need to do.
